Laado Lakshmi Yojana 2025: 45.62 lakh women to receive an empowerment gift of ₹2100!
Today, we are sharing information about an important initiative of the Haryana Government – Laado Lakshmi Yojana 2025.
This was one of the promises made during the elections – and now, taking a major step towards the economic empowerment of women, the Haryana Government has announced the Laado Lakshmi Yojana 2025. The scheme is set to be implemented soon, directly benefiting millions of women across the state.
What is Laado Lakshmi Yojana 2025?
Under the Laado Lakshmi Yojana, women in Haryana between the ages of 23 and 60 years will be provided with a one-time amount of ₹2100.
This amount will be directly transferred to the bank accounts of eligible women beneficiaries.
Note: Women whose annual family income exceeds ₹3 lakh will not be eligible for this scheme.
Chief Minister’s Announcement
Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has announced that the Laado Lakshmi Yojana will be launched on 1st November 2025 (Haryana Day).
On this day, ₹2100 will be transferred to the bank accounts of 45.62 lakh women.
Who Will Benefit from the Scheme?
Initially, the Laado Lakshmi Yojana was only meant for women with an annual income of ₹1.80 lakh.
However, the Chief Minister has now increased the income limit to ₹3 lakh per year.
A key condition is that the woman must not be availing benefits from any other pension scheme.
Budget Provision for the Scheme
For the financial year 2025–26, a budget of ₹5000 crore has been allocated for the Laado Lakshmi Yojana 2025.
Earlier, the estimated cost under this scheme was ₹450 crore, which has now increased to ₹980 crore.
